Fresh salads. Long lunches.
A link you can manage
A dynamic QR code contains a short redirect link. You edit the destination behind that link, so the same printed pattern can open a different web page.
It is useful for anything that might change after printing: a restaurant menu, product information, an event page or a brochure. A static code stores the final address directly, so changing that address means making another code.

Set it up before the artwork goes to print. Test the finished code with a phone, then keep managing it from the same account.
Create a free account. Choose a code type, select dynamic, and enter the website URL or content you want to share. Give it a name you will recognise later.
Choose colours and module shapes. Add your logo if your plan includes it. Keep strong contrast and a clear border so a camera can read the code.
Export PNG for everyday artwork or SVG for a size you can scale. Check the actual print on different phones before ordering the whole batch.
Edit the saved destination when something changes. New scans go to the updated link without a reprint. Check the destination on a phone after saving.
Start with what you need to share
Generate QR codes for product packaging, leaflets and other printed materials. Link to useful information, a video or your latest offer. Tell people what they will open before they scan.

Send diners to a mobile menu or PDF. Update dishes and prices without replacing every card.
QR codes for menusShare a brochure, price list or instruction sheet. Hosted files need a supported plan.
Put an honest feedback invitation on receipts and counter cards.
Let a new contact open your details and save your number.
Take someone from a printed invitation to your existing Google Form.
After it leaves the printer
Create separate codes for a window poster and a counter card. Compare scan activity in the dashboard, then decide which placement deserves more space.
Explore QR code trackingSample data. Scan totals are visits through a link, not completed reviews or purchases.
A scan is a visit, not a sale. Repeat scans can come from one person. Use your website's analytics to follow what happens next.
Know what is recorded. Reports include time, device and browser. Scan-history retention depends on your plan. We do not collect GPS coordinates.
Need a simple, fixed link?
Paste a URL or text, choose a colour and pattern, then download your code. No sign-up is needed for this static generator.
This tool creates static codes. The content is fixed in the image. For an editable destination and scan analytics, create a dynamic code in your account instead.
I need an editable codeThis one is static - the address is inside the pattern, so it can never be changed and no scans are counted. Create a free account to create editable codes and see scan activity. Document hosting and design features depend on your plan. Check the current inclusions.
Choose before you print
Use static for content that will stay put. Choose dynamic when the destination may change or you want a scan history.
For a permanent label, check the service terms as carefully as the design. A dynamic code needs the redirect service and its destination to remain available.

Inside your account
These are product screenshots. Create a code, find it in your list, then return to its settings when you need to make a change.

Dark modules on a light background are a useful starting point. Leave a clear quiet zone around the code and avoid placing a large logo over it. SVG keeps the edges sharp when your designer resizes the artwork. DENSO WAVE explains the clear margin a QR code needs.
Put it to work

Yes. The Free plan includes 3 dynamic QR codes. Create an account to manage the destination and view scans. The public generator on this page makes static codes instead. Check the plan table for storage and design features.
Yes, if you created the code as dynamic. Open that code in your account and save a new destination. Existing printed copies keep working through the same short link. You cannot rewrite the data inside a static pattern.
The pattern has no timer, but the service behind it can stop. Account status, an expiry setting, a scan limit or an unavailable destination can interrupt a dynamic code. Paid service has a configured grace period of 14 days. Check what can stop a code working.
No. A static QR image keeps the content originally encoded in it. If you own its destination URL, you can change that website or set up a redirect there. Otherwise, create a new dynamic code and replace the print.
PNG works in most everyday design tools. SVG is a vector file, so it stays sharp when resized. Download the finished design, print a sample at the intended size and scan it before approving a large order.
Most current phones can scan a QR code with their camera. A web destination needs an internet connection, including dynamic redirects. Some static formats, such as plain text, can be read without opening a website.
No. A scan report is not a list of named customers. It shows recorded activity such as time, device and browser. It cannot prove that someone bought something, and repeated visits can come from the same person.
Want an editable version? Create an account to save the destination as a dynamic QR code and track its scans.
Editable codes have a different pattern to the file you just took, so download the new one before you print.
